For the 6th time, we present the PIXEL6, the annual Austrian conference on computer graphics and animation. Expect a great conference with international speakers and workshops, the SIGGRAPH Animation Festival and PIXEL battle-party.

In April, the VFX studio presented their work on the movie “Wie man leben soll”.
“Wie man leben soll” is a 100 min comedy film by Dor Film Productions made in spring 2010 in Vienna. A Coming-of-age-Film about Charlie encountering surprises of life.

In April, Ralf Habel, Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the Institute of Computer Graphics at the Vienna University of Technology, presented new solutions for the interactive modeling of city layouts which combine the power of procedural modeling with the flexibility of manual modeling (Preparation talk for FMX2011).
